Rates for the 2011-2012 School Year

(effective as of August 29, 2011)

Beeches (6-18 mos.)	$242 /week
Lindens(18 mos.- 2 ½ yrs.)	$235 /week
Spruces (2 ½ – 3 ½ yrs.)	$225 /week
Cedars (3 ½ – 4 yrs.)	$207 /week
Willows (4- 5 yrs.)	$200 /week
School-Age	$125 /week
Summer School Age	$190 /week

Registration Fee

$45 non-refundable, initial registration fee is due at time of enrollment.


Late Pick-up Fee

$5 after 5:45 p.m., increasing by $5 every 15 minutes.

Tuition Payments

1. Weekly and part-time fees do not change during holiday weeks or absences. There is no adjustment for sick or vacation days.
2. Rates have been calculated based on the number of days the center is open and already exclude all holiday closings (New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day).
3. We do offer a 5% sibling discount off lowest rate (not applicable to already discounted fees)
4. Tuition must be paid by the Monday of the week that services are rendered.
5. Late payment policy: Any parent whose tuition account is 2 weeks overdue will be charged a $10.00 per week, per family until the account is brought current.

Tuition Increases

Fees subject to change with 60 days prior notice.

What is included with my childcare fee?

1. All meals, including well-balanced breakfast, nutritious morning and afternoon snacks, and a hot lunch.
2. Classroom supplies.
3. Field trips – transportation, entrance fees, and meals.
